در مورد جلوگیری از مظاهرات از دیپلومات محترم
معذرت خواسته شود زیرا هر کس حق دارد اعتراض و شکایات و مظاهره نماید.

Document No 1. Attorney General’s Office’s order
Dear Respected Qudsia jan, Head of Department of
Elimination of Violence against women,
This time, there has been violence against men. This case
and complaint has many dimensions. It must all be studied. The criminal and
rights parts of it must be differentiated and implemented.
Regarding the request from the respectful diplomat
(Hazrat Wahriz) to prevent protests, we apologize we can’t do anything because
everyone has a right to complain or protest.

Wahriz’s request:
To Attorney General,
I am Gholam Hazrat Wahriz and I have been working at Ministry of Foreign
Affairs in different department since 1383/2004.
I married to Batul Moradi in same year and divorced her in 1387/2008
because she did not do her duties as a wife (Nushoz). My former wife complained
to family court for her marriage-portion (Mahr). This case was investigated and
the court judged. The mentioned lady did not refer to court again. So according
to laws, the case was closed supposedly the dispute was ended. But this lady
did not accept the court’s decision after one year and she requested for
appeal. Hence the case was investigated again and the court sent the case to
Hoqoq Office in concerned district. She did not follow up the case again, and
then again according to laws the case was closed supposedly the dispute was
ended. Once again, the mentioned lady went to law in 1390/2011. The case is
still under process and this woman is absent in court sessions. In the same
time, this woman has complained against me in different departments of Attorney
General Office, AIHRC, Hoqoq offices and NGOs. Now she is going to disgrace me
with a demonstration which is going to be held by an NGO by name of Young Women
for Change due to her close relations with this NGO. This woman and mentioned
NGO have been starting disgracing and dishonoring me at online media.
This woman claims that I insult her with suspecting that her second son is
not mine. However, I have asked her to do DNA parentage
test before and after divorce in court, but the mentioned lady has not accepted
to do that.
I have paid this lady enough money for alimony to her and my son after
divorce. Also I have sent money to Afghanistan General Consulate in Mashhad
while she lived there. Although the General Consul sent five letters to her and
made phone calls, but she refused accepting money. I have requested this lady
to open a banking account with presence of her lawyer, court team and judge
that I could transfer the alimony of my son to her banking account regularly
every month. However, she has not
accepted any of my suggestions and she is disgracing me. Since the disgracing,
insulting and spoiling the spiritual peace of people are criminal, I am
requesting the respected Attorney General to please assign the relevant
attorney department to stop a demonstration which aimed to disgrace me as
perpetrator of violence against women without final court judgment. Also I am
requesting the respected Attorney General to please oblige this lady to do DNA
parenting test to remove all doubts.
