In effect on your inquiry letter No 1679
(14/11/1390) it’s announced that the Batul Moradi has submitted a complaint
letter to our office (by 20/3/1390) claiming that her ex-husband has beaten her
in in fornt of the commission’s office. She appealed for help.
In effect the Kabul region responsible
office has collected evidence which is sent to you in a CD.
