sub- directorate of correspondence of primary court of personal conducts of
general directorate of the appeal court by letter No 568
We
received the letter No 235 (14/4/1391) of senior sub-directorate of security
affairs. In effect Sepher Moradi, Ghulam Hazrat Wahriz and Batul Moradi were
sent for notification of the Sephre Moradi descent via DNA.
Problem:
Is the Sephre Moradi the son of Batul Moradi and Hazrat Wahriz?
Description of sent materials: the sent materials of Ghulam Hazrat
Wahriz son of Khadim Ali, Sephr Moradi and Batul Moradi were sent with letter
No 503/902 (1/5/1391) of general directorate of senior deputy security affairs
which had sent the letter by the No 568/235
(14/4/1391) to sub- directorate of primary court of personal conducts for DNA
test. We got the spit from the mentioned persons in presence of Khushhal son of
Dust Mohammad military attorney of ministry of interior.
Examinations: the required tests were implemented. So the Sepher
Moradi’s DNA is correspondent to Ghulam Hazrat DNA and Batul Moradi’s DNA.
Result: in the result of our examination, it’s notified that Sephre Moradi is the
son of Ghulam Hazrat Wahriz son of Khadim Ali and Batul Moradi daughter of
Qurban Ali.

Regarding
to the act of battery of Batul daughter of Qurban Ali by Ghulam Hazrat son of
Khadim Ali, which is under the scrutiny attorney general. The plaintiff (Batul)
has claimed that she has been beaten by Ghulam Hazrat Wahriz in in front of the
commission’s office on 25th of Jawza. You are requested to impart
your information regarding to the case to help in further law enforcement.

Regarding to the inquired case, Rahmatullah
security guard of Pol-e- sorkh office gate, told that the Gulam Hazrat Wahriz
was waiting for his son nearby. The Batul has taken the son lately due to his
registration in school. The Batul has enrolled the son without Wahriz’s
permission. This got to quarrel between Ghulam Hazrat Wahriz and Batul and physical
assault of Wahriz on Batul.
