پل سرخ چنین بیان داشت: به تاریخ 25 جوزای سال جاری در حالیکه غلام حضرت انتظار
طفلش را داشت در تسلیم دهی آن تاخیر صورت گرفت که علت آن شمولیت طفل در مکتب از
طرف مادرش بدون اجازه پدرش بود، که شمولیت طفل در مکتب بدون اجازه پدرش سبب مشاجره
لفظی میان آنها گردیده که بعدا منجر به درگیری و وارد شدن چند مشت از طرف غلام
حضرت علیه خانم مذکور گردید.

Regarding
to the act of battery of Batul daughter of Qurban Ali by Ghulam Hazrat son of
Khadim Ali, which is under the scrutiny attorney general. The plaintiff (Batul)
has claimed that she has been beaten by Ghulam Hazrat Wahriz in in front of the
commission’s office on 25th of Jawza. You are requested to impart
your information regarding to the case to help in further law enforcement.

Regarding to the inquired case, Rahmatullah
security guard of Pol-e- sorkh office gate, told that the Gulam Hazrat Wahriz
was waiting for his son nearby. The Batul has taken the son lately due to his
registration in school. The Batul has enrolled the son without Wahriz’s
permission. This got to quarrel between Ghulam Hazrat Wahriz and Batul and physical
assault of Wahriz on Batul.
